Are your children planning to take on the Summer Reading Challenge? Come along to our Super Sign-Up Saturday!
We’re holding a special event at the Alderney Library on the 11th July for children taking the Summer Reading Challenge. You’ll be able to sign up to the challenge, collect your sticker sheets, take out your first books, and take part in exciting library competitions and challenges.
It’s open to all Alderney children, and will run from 10.30 to 12 on Saturday 11th July.

This is a new initiative in conjunction with the School. Part of the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, two of the pupils come to the Library every week for 13 weeks (starting 17th November)and give instruction and advice to anybody who has difficulties with IT or understanding the operation of their smartphones, tablets or PCs….
